Development of a model of critical failure factors for integrated LSS–AM practices in Indian manufacturing industries: a fuzzy TISM approach

The purpose of the present study is to identify critical failure factors (CFFs) for implementing integrated practices lean six sigma (LSS) and agile manufacturing (AM) in Indian industries develop a framework that prioritizes CFFs. Total nine CFFs were identified through vast review research articles. A was developed by fuzzy-total interpretive structural modeling (TISM) approach with help academia industry experts’ opinions. Fuzzy-MICMAC (Matrice d'Impacts Croisés Multiplication Appliqués à un Classement) analysis performed categorise into four clusters. findings suggest there are LSS–AM implementation industries. From fuzzy-TISM model it revealed top management commitment organisational culture change major roadblocks strategy any organization. Further, this helps decision-makers practitioners prioritize based on their driving dependence. Accordingly, they can make strategies mitigate these create smooth pathway process. This turn enhance performance one pioneer studies integration CFFs, which analyzed contextual relationship among fuzzy-TISM.
